    Ingredients 

    • 2 cups tomatillos
    • 1 large poblano pepper, or jalapeno peppers
    • 1 medium onion
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
    • 3 large limes
    • 2 teaspoons salt

    Instructions

    • In the air fryer basket add your Tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, set cook time 5 minutes, at 390 degrees F, air fryer setting.
    • Then add garlic, set cook time 4-5 minutes, let cool for a few minutes.
    • Add all of the ingredients to a blender add lime juice, salt, cilantro, and a little water for whatever consistency you want.

    Tips:

    • If you want to adjust your spiciness or the hotness of the dish, leave some of the seeds from the peppers in, it will add some spiciness to the salsa.
    • You can easily swap out the poblano peppers for jalapeno peppers.
    • If you do not have to add lime juice, you can substitute it for water.
    • Shake your basket several times during the cooking process.

    You can either use a blender or food processor to dice this salsa. Here are some tips:
    Blender/Food Processor: You can make this salsa in a blender or food processor. Just pulse for a few seconds until desired consistency is reached!
    Pulse at 30-second intervals and mix after each pulse to get a perfect consistency. Stop pulsing when it’s the consistency you desire.
    Thicker Salsa: If you want thicker salsa, reduce the amount of lime juice and water that you use.
