Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatillos
- 1 large poblano pepper, or jalapeno peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 large limes
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- In the air fryer basket add your Tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, set cook time 5 minutes, at 390 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Then add garlic, set cook time 4-5 minutes, let cool for a few minutes.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender add lime juice, salt, cilantro, and a little water for whatever consistency you want.

Tips:
- If you want to adjust your spiciness or the hotness of the dish, leave some of the seeds from the peppers in, it will add some spiciness to the salsa.
- You can easily swap out the poblano peppers for jalapeno peppers.
- If you do not have to add lime juice, you can substitute it for water.
