Step 3: Lightly grease 6 silicone egg bite molds or small ramekins. Pour in the egg mixture evenly. For a full size (which is what I did, spray your cake pan, or frittata pan with cooking spray).

Step 4: Preheat your air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F (150°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Step 5: Place molds in the air fryer basket. Cook at air fryer temperature of 300 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, until eggs are set but slightly jiggly in the center. For full size cook at 300 degrees F, for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6: Let the egg bites cool for 2-3 minutes. Gently pop them out of the molds. Sprinkle with chopped chives if desired. Serve warm for a protein-packed breakfast or snack.

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh chives, optional
