Description

Start your morning with a light yet flavorful breakfast with these Air Fryer Starbucks Copycat Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites. Packed with tender egg whites, sweet roasted red peppers, and a hint of seasoning, they’re quick to make, protein-rich, and perfect for a healthy grab-and-go meal or snack.

Ingredients 

  • 6 large egg whites, or use whole egg for added protein
  • 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Milk, or cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh chives, optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 6 large egg whites, 1/3 cup Milk or cream, 1/4 teaspoon Salt, and 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the roasted 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers and crumbled 1/4 cup Feta cheeseso they’re evenly distributed.
  • Lightly grease 6 silicone egg bite molds or small ramekins. Pour in the egg mixture evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place molds in the air fryer basket. Cook at 300°F for 12–15 minutes, until eggs are set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Let the egg bites cool for 2–3 minutes. Gently pop them out of the molds.
  • Sprinkle with chopped 1 teaspoon Fresh chives if desired. Serve warm for a protein-packed breakfast or snack.
