Soon, we made a batch of Air Fryer Apple Chips, then we thought about some easy-baked spinach chips recipes, and then we grabbed our air fryer!

With just three ingredients, you can make your crispy spinach chips and crispy spinach leaves.

  • Spinach: Only use fresh spinach leaves.
  • Cooking Spray: Use any cooking spray recommended here!
  • Salt: For best results, use sea salt. It’s fantastic for flavor!

How To Make Air Fryer Spinach Chips

Start by washing and drying your spinach leaves. Try to get all of the water out, as they will get crispier without the water. I usually wash the spinach leaves and lay them out on a paper towel until they are completely dry.

Then in a large bowl, add your spinach leaves. You can either coat the leaves with olive oil or use cooking spray. Make sure your spinach leaves are coated. Otherwise, they will not crisp up—season with sea salt.

Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F, and then air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping the spinach chips frequently during ht cooking process.

Remove and let cool.
