Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Coffee Mug Cake

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Streusel Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt

How To Make Air Fryer Coffee Mug Cake

  1. Spray your mug with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix the cake ingredients.
  3. In another mixing bowl, mix the streusel ingredients.
  4. Then pour half of the cake mix into the mug. Top with half the streusel, and then pour the rest of the cake mix in, followed by the rest of the streusel.
  5. Set the mug into the air fryer at 350 degrees F, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the coffee cake is fully cooked.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving (it is very HOT!)
