- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
- 1 large egg, beaten

- Dry the 2 large sea scallops with a kitchen towel or paper towel. Lightly season the scallops with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In the third dish, combine the finely crushed 1 cup Ritz Crackers with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
