  • Chickpeas (Cooked)
  • Olive Oil
  • Ground Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Chili Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt

How To Make Air Fryer Bombay Spice Roasted Chickpeas

Start by draining and rinsing the chickpeas. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and other spices. Pour the chickpeas into the air fryer basket, set the time for 7  minutes at 390 degrees F, air fryer setting.

After 7 minutes, shake the basket and set for another 7 minutes.

Pour the chickpeas into a bowl, and toss with an additional 1-2 tablespoons of sea salt. (It depends on how salty you want them. Adjust to your taste buds.

How To Store Chickpeas

If you have any leftovers, place them into an open jar or container, and leave. They will stay crispy for about a day. After that, dispose of them and make a new batch.

Do not refrigerate them otherwise they will become hard.

For best results eat within a hour or two of making them.
