In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and ground cinnamon, and mix well. In another small bowl, melt the butter (I used the microwave) and mix in the brown sugar. Roll the dough into a ball.

Dip the dough balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and then place in a greased (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) ramekin. Continue, until you use up all of the dough. Then pour the melted butter and ground cinnamon sugar over the top. Set into the air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Check to make sure the dough is fully cooked, before removing it. If not, add another few minutes.
