Air Fryer Monkey Bread

This is one of the easiest recipes for Monkey Bread. Today, I made Air Fryer Monkey Bread, using my ramekins.

Everyone loves monkey bread, everyone doesn’t like making the dough homemade, and then waiting for it to rise. So, this morning, I had a bag of frozen rolls in my freezer, so I came up with this.

This is meant to be for 2 servings, I am finding that more and more people are liking the recipes I post for 1 to 2 people. As a lot of people purchased air fryers, for either cooking for themselves, or as empty nesters.

Single Serve Air Fryer Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 Frozen Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Simple Directions:

  1. Start by letting the rolls defrost, just leave them on the counter, for a few hours.
  2. Then cut each roll into 4 pieces.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and ground cinnamon, mix well.
  4. In another small bowl, melt the butter (I used the microwave) and mix in the brown sugar.
  5. Roll the dough into a ball.
  6. Dip the dough balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and then place in a greased (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) ramekin. Continue, until you use up all of the dough.
  7. Then pour the melted butter and ground cinnamon sugar over the top.
  8. Set into the air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  9. Check to make sure the dough is fully cooked, before removing. If not, add another few minutes.
  10. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
