Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Monkey Bread For One
If you’re in the mood for some Monkey Bread, but don’t want to make a huge batch, you can easily make it in your air fryer! All you need are a few simple ingredients. Let’s get started!
- 3 Frozen Rolls
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
How To Make Monkey Bread For One In The Air Fryer
Start by letting the rolls defrost, just leave them on the counter, for a few hours. Then cut each roll into 4 pieces.
In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and ground cinnamon, and mix well. In another small bowl, melt the butter (I used the microwave) and mix in the brown sugar. Roll the dough into a ball.
Dip the dough balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and then place in a greased (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) ramekin. Continue, until you use up all of the dough. Then pour the melted butter and ground cinnamon sugar over the top. Set into the air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Check to make sure the dough is fully cooked, before removing it. If not, add another few minutes.

- Mix well until smooth, then pour over the monkey bread, right before serving!

For best results, serve right after air frying. You can make it ahead of time. Let the monkey bread cool to room temperature, and then warp it up in saran wrap.
You can either reheat right before serving, or you can eat at room temperature.
