Easy and delicious chocolate cake. This is one of the best and easiest homemade chocolate cakes you can make in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • Other items needed: Olive Oil Spray 

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, oil, water,  and mix together.
  2. Spray your air fryer safe pan with non-stick cooking spray, or olive oil spray.
  3. Pour your cake batter into the pan, then air fry for 25-30 minutes at 330 degrees.
  4. Let cake cool completely before frosting.

Notes

Note: The exact time of the cake is going to be determined by the type of air fryer you are using and the pan that you are using. Just remember to keep on air frying it, until it’s cooked through. Stick a toothpick through the center of the cake, to determine if it is completely baked.
