This Air Fryer Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake is easy to make, and then you just set the mug into the air fryer, and within a few minutes, you have a great and tasty dessert.
Since everyone wants desserts for one or two people, I started creating recipes for a couple of people. I know that A LOT of people purchased an air fryer because they were empty nesters or single. I personally love whipping up one of my cakes for myself or one of my kids.

Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Whipped Cream
- Optional: Additional chocolate chip for serving
How To Make Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake In Air Fryer
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spray your mug or ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
- Set the mug or ramekin into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before removing.
- Garnish with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips, if desired.

What size ramekins do you use I have 8 ounce one.
