Description
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground meat, ground turkey, ground chicken, or lean ground beef or pork
- 16 ounces coleslaw mixture
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic
- 2 large eggs, optional
- 2 teaspoons sriracha, to taste
For Topping:
- 1 tablespoon Magnifisauce, or any other thousand island-like sauce
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Brown the meat with a little sesame oil in the air fryer (use a baking pan and cook for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F, until fully browned & cooked through)
- Then fold in ginger + minced garlic and cook until fragrant, in the last 2 minutes. Fold in coleslaw mixture, amino, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add a little more aminos or water if mixture isn't well-coated
- Make a well in the center, add in egg/s, and scramble. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Then mix in Sriracha.
- Top with sauce, green onions & sesame seeds
- Serve by itself or over rice/ cauliflower rice
