Ingredients
1poundground meat, ground turkey, ground chicken, or lean ground beef or pork
16ouncescoleslaw mixture
1/4cupcoconut aminos
1tablespoonfresh ginger
1tablespoonfresh garlic
2largeeggs, optional
2teaspoonssriracha, to taste
For Topping:
1tablespoonMagnifisauce, or any other thousand island-like sauce
2tablespoonsgreen onions
1teaspoonsesame seeds
Instructions
Brown the meat with a little sesame oil in the air fryer (use a baking pan and cook for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F, until fully browned & cooked through)
Then fold in ginger + minced garlic and cook until fragrant, in the last 2 minutes. Fold in coleslaw mixture, amino, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add a little more aminos or water if mixture isn't well-coated
Make a well in the center, add in egg/s, and scramble. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Then mix in Sriracha.
