Step One: Spread raspberry preserves evenly on one slice of bread. On the other slice, layer a smooth, thin spread of mascarpone cheese.

Description

Air Fryer Chocolate Raspberry Mascarpone Sandwich – Quick, melty dessert sandwich with fresh raspberries, creamy mascarpone, and chocolate chips, perfect for a sweet snack or treat.

Ingredients 

  • 8 slices French baguette
  • 1/8 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh
  • 1/8 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup mascarpone cheese

Instructions

  • On one slice of bread, spread raspberry preserves. On the other slice of bread, spread a thin layer of mascarpone cheese. 
  • Place a handful of fresh raspberries on the slice of bread with preserves on it. On the piece of bread with the mascarpone cheese, place a handful of chocolate chips.
  • Spread a little bit of butter over both sides of the sandwich and place the sandwich in the air fryer. 
  • Air fry your sandwich for 4 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
