This is a really easy air fryer brownies recipe. If you have not made air fryer brownies, you are truly missing out. They come out perfectly in your air fryer. Today, I made a batch of air fryer chocolate chip cappuccino brownies. Yummy! There is nothing like a great air fryer brownie cookies!
My kids have been patiently eating the brownies, that just didn’t make the cut. I have done, many many test batches, over the past few weeks. Today, I am presenting to you
Chocolate Chip Cappuccino Bars
In our house, we have two styles of brownies, my husband likes the hard, and my kids like them chewy (the 12-year-old with braces, wants them mushy, LOL)
So, I’m always looking for a rich chocolate flavor that’s on the chewy side, which is good, because that means the kids eat more, and the adults eat less. These are almost like air fryer brownie cookies.
The other thing about making brownies in the air fryer is that they have corners, usually in my house, they all fight over who gets the corner bite, Not anymore, now each piece is a perfect bite. And the fact that they in pre-cut sizes, all you need to do is to pop them out and enjoy them.
One of the secrets that I have learned recently, is that beating the sugar and butter together first makes the brownies nice and fluffy.
Ingredients in Today, Air Fryer Brownie Cookies:
- 1Brown sugar
- Instant espresso powder
- Vanilla Extract
- All-purpose flour
- Baking soda
- Chocolate chips
- Macadamia nuts
Start by creaming the sugars and the butter. Combine well.
After all of the ingredients are mixed in, fold in the chocolate chip and macadamia nuts.

Don’t Forget to Pin, Air Fryer Brownie Cookies–
This is a great snack for the kids. I used the silicone mold, which was great, because they were already cut when I popped them out of the mold. And they took less time to cook, due to the small size. If you are using a larger pan, the cook time will increase.
- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Instant espresso powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 ounce bag chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed macadamia nuts
- Start by creaming the sugars and the butter. Combine well.
- Then mix in the espresso powder, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts
- Once everything is well mixed.
- Press the dough into the pan, or silicone mold.
- Set your air fryer at 220 degrees F, for 15 minutes.
Then check them, then add another 15 minutes.
At this point, my brownies were done, but the actual cooking time will depend on the wattage of your air fryer and the thickness of the brownie mold you use.
