Air Fryer Cheesy BBQ Pork Sliders

Air Fryer Cheesy BBQ Pork Sliders are easy, and they made a mean lunch for my kids. These easy Pork Sliders were a perfect combination of the Instant Pot and Air Fryer.

The meat was a perfectly pressurized cook by using my Instant Pot BBQ Pulled Pork, and then I completed the meal in the air fryer. I topped it with provolone cheese, and of course, in a King Hawwain Slider Bun and topped off with a brush of melted butter and seasonings. I opened the buns and added some shredded coleslaw! So easy and absolutely delish!

Air Fryer Cheesy BBQ Pork Sliders

If you love a great big juicy slider, this is a great one, although a bit messy. My kids really love a great slider, and this one is perfectly made with seasoned BBQ Beef, and the air fryer does a great job of toasting up the bread and melting all of the favors together.

WHAT IS PULLED PORK?

Pulled pork is one of the most comforting dinners you can make for yourself and the family. A great and delicious pulled pork sandwich is amazing.

The name is pulled pork because you literally pull the meat off the pork shoulder or Boston Butt to serve. It is typically served as a sandwich, although it is great in several ways. My favorites are pulled pork salad and pulled pork quesadillas.
