Air Fryer Big Mac Smash Tacos Recipe Tips
- Press the Beef Well – Smash the ground beef onto the tortilla to ensure it cooks evenly and gets that perfect crispy texture. 🍖
- Don’t Overcrowd – Cook the tacos in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket, ensuring they get crispy on all sides. 🔥
- Use Fresh Toppings – Add fresh lettuce and pickled cucumbers just before serving to maintain their crunch and flavor. 🥒🥗
- Customize the Sauce – Adjust the sauce’s tanginess by adding more mustard or vinegar to suit your taste. 🍯
- Watch the Time – Air fry for the perfect balance of crispy and juicy—too much time can overcook the beef or burn the cheese. ⏱️
Storing
Store any leftover Air Fryer Big Mac Smash Tacos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best results, store the beef, cheese, and toppings separately to keep the taco shells crispy. To reheat, place the taco filling back in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore the texture.
