- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs,
- 1/2 lemon, quartered
- 4-6 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bacon slices, or prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons honey, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 F | 190 C and place a parchment paper in the basket.
- Wash and pat dry chicken thighs.
- In a medium bowl, add chicken thighs with lemon. Season with thyme, oregano, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Cover with foil and marinade for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and wrap each thigh with bacon slices
- Place in the air fryer basket with quartered lemon and fry for 10 minutes.
