Easy Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs are juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. A quick, simple dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients
4boneless, skinless chicken thighs,
1/2lemon, quartered
4-6freshthyme sprigs
2teaspoonsdried oregano
2clovesgarlic, peeled and chopped
1tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
4slicesbacon slices, or prosciutto
2tablespoonshoney, optional
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F or 190 C, for 3-5 minutes.
Wash and pat dry 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
In a medium bowl, add chicken thighs with 1/2 lemon. Season with 4-6 fresh thyme sprigs, 2 teaspoons dried oregano2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Cover with foil and marinade for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and wrap each thigh with 4 slices bacon slices.
Place in the air fryer basket with quartered lemon and set cook time for 15-20 minutes. Flip halfway during the cooking process, and drizzle the chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons honey
