Air Fryer Baby Corn Recipe Tips

  • Choose Fresh or Firm Canned Baby Corn: Fresh gives the best texture, while firm canned works well if drained thoroughly.
  • Dry Before Seasoning: Pat baby corn dry to help the oil and seasonings stick better.
  • Use a Light Coat of Oil: Just enough oil to coat keeps them crispy without being greasy.
  • Single Layer Cooking: Spread baby corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket for even crisping.
  • Flip or Shake Halfway: Turning the corn halfway ensures all sides get golden and crunchy.
  • Watch Closely Near the End: Baby corn cooks fast; check a minute or two before the minimum time to prevent burning.
  • Serve Immediately: They’re crispiest right out of the air fryer; they can lose crunch if left to sit.

Storing and Reheating Instructions

  • Storing: Let the baby corn cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Avoid stacking too tightly to keep them from getting soggy.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and crispy. Avoid microwaving, as it can make the baby corn soft and soggy.
