Pro Tips:

  • For best results, spray your muffin tin with cooking spray, so the brie bites, easily slide out of the muffin tin.
  • Check to make sure that the bottoms of the dough are fully cooked before they are removed from the air fryer.
  • You can replace the crescent dough with phyllo dough, pizza dough, or even biscuit dough. If you do use biscuit dough, you will need to roll the dough out so it’s thinner.

Can I Make Them Ahead Of Time?

Apricot Brie Bites are the perfect addition to your next party or potluck. You can make them ahead of time if you have a busy day planned and just need an easy appetizer ready in advance that will be enjoyed by everyone at once!

I often prepare the dough ahead of time and leave it covered with saran wrap in the refrigerator, where it will last for about 1 to 2 days. You can either serve them warmed or at room temperature.

Removing The Rind Off The Brie

The Brie cheese is one of the more difficult cheeses to work with for cooking because it has a rind that can be tough and must be removed. The easiest way to do this is by using an apple slicer which will allow you to cut off the outside part without damaging any of the insides.

For best results, you should remove the rind off the Brie, before adding the Brie to the crescent dough.  Removing the rind off the Brie helps for the Brie to melt.
