  • Chicken: Use either boneless, skinless chicken breast or boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
  • Pineapple: Use can either use freshly sliced pineapple or canned pineapple.
  • Hawaiian Marinate; Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Garlic, and Ginger.

Add the pineapple juice, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to a large mixing bowl. Mix well until well combined. Pour the marinade into a large bowl, add your chicken, and cover and refrigerator for about 2 hours.
