Ingredients
- 1 package Puff Pastry Dough (thawed)
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 4 tablespoons sparkling sugar
Instructions
- Start by spreading the thawed dough out on a cutting board.
- Fold it in half and then cut with a sharp pair of scissors,
- Scoop your pie filling on top
- use the beaten egg and seal around the edges, spread the egg on top and then garnish with sparkling sugar.
- Air fryer at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Check and make sure it’s cooked before you remove it. Let cool slightly.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
