You can not go wrong with this recipe, I mean who doesn’t like something that is wrapped in Prosciutto? If you are not familiar with Prosciutto, it is Italian ham, which is found at most grocery deli counters around America. Today’s Recipe, Air Fryer Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus.

All you need to do for this recipe is grab a few slices of prosciutto and a few spears of asparagus, and wrap them; your result will be a huge and elegant vegetable side dish or appetizer for any holiday or a special meal.

Asparagus and prosciutto complement each other really well because you get the salt from the Italian ham and they make your roasted asparagus look fancy.  (It’s also effortless, but produces a huge wow effect)!

How To Make Air Fryer Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

  1. Start by trimming the asparagus.
  2. The easiest way to trim asparagus is to take each piece of asparagus in your hand and snap it. It will naturally snap where the ends meet (the white and green)
  3. Once all of the ends are removed.
  4. Grab your package of prosciutto.
  5. Layout your piece of prosciutto (if you would like to cut the prosciutto in half, you will be able to roll more asparagus spears)
  6. Then place the piece of asparagus in it, and roll.
  7. Place them in your air fryer basket, and once full, set the time for 5 to / minutes at 360 degrees F, air fryer setting.

How to Store:

If you love asparagus and want to make them yourself, it is important to know the best way to store them so they don’t go bad. Asparagus will last for a few days if stored properly in the refrigerator.

Let the Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus cool to room temperature and then place them in an airtight container, they will last for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator. You can reheat the asparagus in the air fryer or microwave. Heat until warmed through.

  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 18 slices prosciutto

Instructions

  • Start by trimming the asparagus.
