Easy Air Fryer Apricot Brie Bites Recipe Tips

  • For best results, spray your muffin tin with cooking spray, so the brie bites, easily slide out of the muffin tin.
  • Check to make sure that the bottoms of the dough are fully cooked before they are removed from the air fryer.
  • You can replace the crescent dough with phyllo dough, pizza dough, or even biscuit dough. If you do use biscuit dough, you will need to roll the dough out so it’s thinner.

Storing & Make Ahead Instructions

  • Make-Ahead (Unbaked):  You can assemble these brie bites up to 24 hours in advance by cutting the crescent dough and filling them with brie and jam. Store the unbaked bites in a single layer in the refrigerator, and air fry them straight from the chill when you’re ready to serve.
  • Storing Leftovers (Baked): Store any leftover baked bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, though the pastry will lose some of its flakiness. To refresh them, quickly reheat the bites in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for a couple of minutes until warm.
