How To Make Ninja Creami Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Ice Cream

Step 1: Add the chocolate milk, protein powder, and JELL-O pudding mix to an empty Ninja Creami pint container. Whisk well, then let it sit for 2–3 minutes so the pudding mix can dissolve. Stir again until fully combined, cover with the lid, and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 2: After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid. Place it into the outer bowl, attach the paddle to the lid, and lock everything into place. Twist the handle to raise the platform and secure the bowl on the motor base.
Step 3: Select the LITE ICE CREAM setting. If the texture is crumbly after spinning, use the RE-SPIN setting for a creamier consistency.

Step 4: Use a spoon to make a 1½-inch hole in the center of the ice cream, reaching the bottom. Fill the hole with the chopped strawberries, then select the MIX-IN program.
Step 5: Once processed, scoop the ice cream into a bowl. Add whipped cream, pound cake, and extra strawberries if desired. Enjoy immediately!

Ninja Creami Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Ice Cream Recipe Tips
- 🍫 Use a thick base – Adding sugar-free pudding mix helps thicken the mixture and gives the ice cream a creamy, scoopable texture without added fat.
- 🍓 Freeze completely – Make sure to freeze the mixture for a full 24 hours so the Creami can process it properly without a slushy texture.
- 🌀 Don’t skip the RE-SPIN – If your ice cream looks crumbly after the first spin, use the RE-SPIN function to make it smooth and creamy. Sometimes a second RE-SPIN may be needed.
- 🥄 Mix-in strategy – Create a deep well in the center of the pint to hold the chopped strawberries. This ensures even distribution during the MIX-IN cycle.
- 🎨 Customize it! – Swap in different protein shake flavors, add mini chocolate chips, or drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup for a twist on the classic combo.
