How To Make Ninja Creami Chocolate Toffee Ice Cream

Mixing softened cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl, then folding in heavy cream and milk until smooth and blended.

Ninja Creami Chocolate Toffee Ice Cream Recipe Tips

  • Soften Cream Cheese First – Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for a few minutes so it blends smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • Mix Thoroughly – Make sure all the cocoa powder and sugar dissolve fully for a creamy, lump-free base.
  • Freeze for 24 Hours – The base must be frozen solid before processing in the Ninja Creami for the best texture.
  • Don’t Skip the Re-spin – If your ice cream looks crumbly after the first spin, use the “Re-spin” setting for a smoother consistency.
  • Add Mix-ins After Spinning – Wait until after the initial spin to add the toffee bits so they stay crisp and don’t get overblended.

Storing

Store any leftover Ninja Creami Chocolate Toffee Ice Cream in the Ninja pint container with the lid securely on, and keep it in the freezer for up to 1 week. For best texture, allow it to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

Ninja Creami Chocolate Toffee Ice Cream Recipe Faqs

Can I use regular ice cream instead of the Ninja Creami? This recipe is designed specifically for the Ninja Creami, but you can adapt it for traditional ice cream makers with some adjustments.

How long should I freeze the ice cream base before processing? Freeze the base for at least 24 hours to ensure it’s firm enough for the Ninja Creami to churn properly.

Can I add other mix-ins besides toffee bits? Absolutely! Feel free to add nuts, chocolate chips, or caramel bits for extra texture and flavor.

How do I store leftover ice cream? Store in an airtight container in the freezer. For best texture, allow it to soften slightly before scooping.

What if my ice cream is too hard after freezing? Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before processing or serving to soften.

Can I make this recipe dairy-free? You can try using dairy-free cream cheese, milk, and cream alternatives, but texture and flavor may vary.
