Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex Herb Hasselback Potatoes


  • 4 Yukon or Idahon potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

salt and pepper to taste


  1. Start by washing your potatoes and drying them off.

  2. Place your potato in the Hasselback slicer (see my notes for which one I used above the recipe)

  3. Use your knife and slice the potato, per the lines.

  4. Then make your rub, mix the melted butter, and dried herbs together.

  5. Rub the spices over the potato, including in between the slices. Place on your baking tray or in your air fryer basket.

  6. Close up picture, for your reference.

  7. Place your tray with the potatoes or if you are using a basket, just place them into the basket.

  8. Set the temperature for 350 degrees F, for 25 minutes.

  9. Check and make sure your potato is golden brown before you remove it.

  10. Rub more melted butter and spices over the potatoes.

  11. Plate, serve and enjoy!
