This is such an easy and delicious dinner. Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken is a straightforward recipe that is cooked within 15 minutes.



  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • Olive oil spray

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic


  1. Start by cutting up your chicken into 1 to 2-inch pieces.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the diced chicken, and cover with saran wrap. Allow marinating for about an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Spread your marinaded chicken into the air fryer basket.
  6. Set the time for 6 minutes at 360 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  7. Flop the chicken with tongs, and air fry for another 3-5 minutes.
