- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam, or preserve

- Mix together the 15 ounces white cake mix, 3 ounces strawberry Jello, 4 large eggs, 1/4 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 2 tablespoons wateruntil well combined.
- Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full with cupcake batter.
- Working in batches, place several cupcakes in your air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F on the air fry setting, set cook time for 9-12 minutes or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
