  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Egg
  • Feta Cheese
  • Spinach, Cooked and Drained

How to Make Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Start by butterflying the chicken. This means get a sharp knife and cut the chicken breast in half, leaving about 1/2 inch left on the side so that you can close it up.
  2. Season your chicken, both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the Feta Cheese and Spinach to the middle of the chicken breast, and then fold up.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the egg and 2 tablespoons of water.
  5. Brush the egg wash over the chicken and then coat with the bread crumbs.
  6. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Use toothpicks to attach the two sides or place the seam down into the air fryer basket.
  8. Add some more seasoning on top.
  9. Spray the chicken breast’s tops with olive oil spray and set them into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 15-20 minutes. The actual time will depend on how thick your chicken breast is.
