Breakfast Bake
My mother used to make this in the oven; I called it a sheet pan breakfast. But today, with a sheet pan, you can make this recipe in any Air Fryer Oven. The recipe will work the same.
If you have an air fryer basket, you will have to adapt the recipe but not by much.
The key for both is to find a pan that fits your air fryer. The cooking time will be effective by how much you can put into the pan. The larger the pan, the longer the potatoes will take to cook up.

How To Cook Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake
In a large mixing bowl, add the hashbrown potatoes and about a teaspoon of olive oil, and season to your taste with salt and black pepper. Mix well, coating all of the potatoes.
Set into the air fryer at 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, use a pair of tongs for 8-10 minutes, and toss the potatoes several times during the cooking process.
Once the hashbrowns are almost done, make a space for each of the eggs (the number of eggs is going to depend on how big your sheet pan or baking pan is, and what size air fryer you own)
Crack your egg into the center of the space, and season with salt, fresh chives, and black pepper. Place back into the air fryer at 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for a couple of minutes, until your eggs are done to your preference.
