Some Common Questions Asked About Making Spring Rolls In the Air Fryer

What is the difference between egg roll wrappers and spring roll wrappers?

The main difference between the two is the ingredients in each. In contrast, spring roll wrappers are made from rice flour and water. Egg Roll Wrappers are made with egg, flour, water, and salt.

The heaviness of the wrappers is the major issue. Egg Roll Wrappers are much heavier than Spring Roll Wrappers.

Where do you get spring roll wrappers?

This is one of the most common questions I get asked. They are found in the dairy aisle right near the tofu section at your local grocery store.
