How To Make Easy Air Fryer Pepperoni Stromboli

Step 1: Lay out the pizza dough on a clean surface or parchment paper.
Step 2: Spread 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the center of the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Step 3: Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
My Tip: Rolling the dough on parchment paper makes it easy to roll later and prevents sticking to the counter.

Step 4: Carefully roll the dough into a log and tuck the ends underneath to seal, ensuring the dough stays closed.

Step 5: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down in the basket. Spray the top of the stromboli with cooking spray and sprinkle evenly with onion and garlic powder. Set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and set took cook time for 12–15 minutes. Flip the stromboli halfway through cooking, if needed, to ensure even browning on all sides.

Easy Air Fryer Pepperoni Stromboli Recipe Recipe Tips
- Don’t overfill: Keep fillings moderate to prevent the stromboli from bursting.
- Seal the edges: Use a little water to press pastry edges firmly together.
- Egg wash matters: Brushing with egg wash gives a golden, shiny crust.
- Even cooking: Flip halfway through if your air fryer cooks unevenly.
- Customize fillings: Add extra cheese, veggies, or spices for extra flavor.
- Check doneness: Cook until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
