How about making an entire Air Fryer Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread Pizza in minutes?
This was my kid’s lunch, and they were in love with it. The crust crisps up so nicely, and the toppings are amazing! Today, I will show you how to make a quick air fryer flatbread pizza.
Note: The length of the flatbread pizza will depend on the air fryer you own. I own a few, so today, I used my Instant Pot Omni, which is huge. And I was able to fit the entire crust. If you have an air fryer basket, use a pair of scissors and cut the crust to fit the basket.
Air Fryer Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 Flatbread crust
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup cooked ground sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Simple Directions:
- Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the tomato sauce, basil, salt, oregano, basil, and black pepper.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the pepperoni slices, ground sausage, and mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Set the flatbread into the air fryer oven, and air fry for about 4 to 6 until the cheese is melted.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Depending on which air fryer you own. What I find best is that you add the pizza crust while preheating, which will give it additional time to crisp up, but the toppings won’t burn.
