Air Fryer Onion and Garlic Roasted Chickpeas Recipe Tips

  • This recipe can be prepared in any air fryer oven or basket model. I often use my Ninja Foodi to make a batch up.
  • The real key to making these is to dry them before seasoning them.
  • You need a small amount of olive oil over them to help them crisp up. I find that using your hands really gets the olive on them well enough so that they crisp up.

How To Store Roasted Chickpeas

Unfortunately, they will not stay crisp for long, and once you make a batch in your Air Fryer, you really need to consume them that day.

As they stay around, they will start to lose their crispness. Leave them at room temperature in an open container for best results.
