Air Fryer Lumpia –Lumpia is a popular Filipino dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s usually filled with meat, vegetables, and bean pastes. Lumpia are traditionally deep-fried, but they can also be baked in the oven or cooked in an air fryer!

Air Fryer Lumpia is a tasty appetizer or treat. Lumpia are Filipino Spring Rolls, traditionally filled with ground pork and some vegetables.
If you love a great and crispy egg or spring roll made in the air fryer, this is the greatest recipe for you. The flavors are unique. I never made egg rolls until I purchased my first air fryer, then I was on a mission to master them.
I had many requests over the past couple of months for a great Air Fryer Lumpia recipe. So after spending some time searching the internet, I came up with this simple and delicious recipe.

WHAT IS LUMPIA?
If you are scratching your head, trying to figure out what Lumpia is, and see a picture of an egg roll. All Lumpia is is a Filipino word that translates to mean spring roll. A traditional Lumpia is filled with vegetables, such as cabbage and carrots, includes ground pork or seafood, and is wrapped in either a spring roll wrapper or egg roll wrapper.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF LUMPIA
There are a lot of varieties of Lumpia, just like there are many types of egg rolls. The most common ones are made using ground pork. But a few other common ones would be made using chopped shrimp.
If you want a vegetable Lumpia, remove the ground pork, and substitute it for more vegetables.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR AIR FRYER LUMPIA

- Ground Pork Sausage
- Green Onions
- White Onions
- Minced Carrots
- Diced Water Chestnuts
- Minced Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Ground Ginger
- Fresh Cilantro
- Spring or Egg Roll Wrappers
- Olive Oil Spray
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER LUMPIA:

Add your ground pork to a skillet, then mix green onions, white onions, carrots, and water chestnuts. Over medium heat, saute until the meat is browned and the vegetables are softened.
Mix in the minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, cilantro, and ground ginger.

Add about three tablespoons of filling in the egg or spring roll center, and then roll-up. Use a pastry brush to wet the sides with water to help the spring or egg roll adhere.

Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil. After you roll up the spring or egg rolls, place them into the greased air fryer, spray the tops of the egg or spring rolls with olive oil. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting for 6 minutes. Flip the egg or spring rolls, spray the tops with olive oil, and air fry for another 5-6 minutes.

Tips For Making The Best Air Fryer Lumpia
- Preheat your air fryer before adding the egg rolls, as they will really crisp up.
- Flip (or shake the basket) the egg or spring rolls halfway during the cooking process so that both sides get cooked evenly.
- If you want a spicer dish, add some red pepper flakes.
- DO NOT overcrowd the air fryer basket. Otherwise, the Lumpia will not cook correctly.
- Serve with a dipping sauce
