- BBQ Sauce

How To Make Air Fryer Honey BBQ Chicken Tenders
The most important thing about this recipe is to fully cook the frozen chicken tenders in your air fryer basket or the tray. So, add your chicken (frozen, never thaw) into the basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
While the chicken is cooking, pour the Ketchup, BBQ sauce, and honey into a saucepan, and over a low heat simmer, until the sauce is warmed. Remember to keep on mixing, so all of the ingredients are well combined.
Toss the chicken into the sauce, and then add back for about 2 minutes, at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Ingredients
- 1 Package Frozen Chicken Tenders
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Honey
Instructions
- Add your chicken to the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket frequently.
