How To Make Air Fryer Honey BBQ Chicken Tenders
The most important thing about this recipe is fully cooking the frozen chicken tenders in your air fryer basket or tray. So, add your chicken (frozen, never thaw) into the basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
While the chicken is cooking, pour the Ketchup, BBQ sauce, and honey into a saucepan, and over a low heat simmer until the sauce is warmed. Remember to keep on mixing so all of the ingredients are well combined.
Toss the chicken into the sauce, and then add back for about 2 minutes, at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
