  • Granulated Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Powdered Sugar

How To Make Air Fryer Homemade Ladyfingers

Prepare the air fryer tray with a fitted parchment paper sheet. Mix the egg yolks, ⅓ cup sugar, and salt until creamy in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, vanilla, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Add egg whites and cream of tartar to a separate large bowl and mix with an electric or stand mixer until peaks form. Add in ⅓ cup of sugar and mix until incorporated and stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped egg whites into the egg flour mixture until just incorporated. Add in the remaining egg white mixture until combined, avoid overmixing.

Spoon mixture into a piping bag with a 1-inch tip. Working in batches, pipe 1 inch thick and 3-4 inch long strips onto the parchment paper in the air fryer, leaving 2 inches of space between each ladyfinger.

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, optional
