Yummy! Now is the season for Cranberry everything. While everyone is genuinely in love with pumpkin, I truly am obsessed with cranberries. Today, I made a simple Air Fryer Cranberry Bagels that loaded with cranberries.

These Air Fryer Cranberry Bagels use the same easy Weight Watcher dough that my other bagel recipes.

They could not be a more straightforward recipe, mix the yogurt and flour, and get a homemade treat without the fuss of yeast.

These have so much flavor; depending on the time of the year, you can either use fresh or dried cranberries. This makes for a year-round recipe.

FAQ’s:

Can I Use All-Purpose Flour Instead of Self-Rising Flour?

No, self-rising flour is a combination of all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt. So, while you can not just substitute them out, you can easily make your own. Here is my foolproof recipe below.

How Can I Make My Own Self-Rising Flour?

If you do not have self-rising flour at home, here is my simple recipe:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Do I Have To Use Greek Yogurt?

Yes, it is thicker than regular yogurt, as it is strained more. If you do not have Greek yogurt, feel free to swap it out for sour cream.

Can I Double The Recipe?

Yes, I do this a lot on the weekends, when my entire family is home, easy, and a great homemade breakfast.

Can I Make These In The Oven?

Yes, follow the recipe, and then set in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.

How Can I Store The Leftover Bagels?

If you have any leftover simple, place them in an airtight container. If you want to leave them for over a day, place the container into the refrigerator.

Can I Freeze These Bagels?

Yes, this is a great quick freezer breakfast. Let them cool to room temperature, and then simply individually wrap them in saran wrap. They will stay good for about 2 to 3 weeks.
