Step Two: Then generously spray olive oil (or another cooking spray) on them. Set the temperature to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting, set cook time for 15 minutes. Then flip the wings, spray with olive oil, and air fry for another 10-15 minutes, until they are cooked through; remember to check with a meat thermometer.

Air Fryer Red-Pepper Jelly Wings Recipe Tips

  • Single Layer Cooking – Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook the wings in batches if necessary to get them crispy.
  • Flip the Wings – Halfway through cooking, flip the wings to ensure they cook evenly and get crispy on all sides.
  • Customize Heat Level – Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less red pepper jelly or mixing in some hot sauce.
  • Serve Fresh – For the best flavor and texture, serve the wings immediately after tossing them in the jelly.
