Air Fryer Cranberry Crumble Bars — It’s no secret that the holidays are a great time to get together with family and friends. But all of the cooking can be exhausting, especially if you have multiple ovens going at once. This recipe for Air Fryer Cranberry Crumble Bars is perfect for any holiday gathering because it doesn’t require a range! Give this one a try before your next big event!
I’m so excited to share this recipe for Air Fryer Cranberry Crumble Bars with you! These bars are perfect for the holidays, but they’re also great any time of year. I made my own cranberry sauce in just a few minutes, and it turned out perfectly sweet and tart. The crumble topping is buttery, gooey, and packed with cinnamon-sugar goodness. My favorite part is that these bars are really quick to make–mix up the dough in one bowl, spread on top of the cranberries layer by layer until it’s all used up, then bake! You’ll be able to enjoy them fresh from the oven while they’re still warm and gooey inside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, flour, oats, ⅔ cup sugar, salt, and vanilla extract with hands or a wooden spoon until combined and a crumbled texture.
Toss the cranberries with the remaining sugar in a separate bowl until evenly coated.
In a square baking pan, press half of the crumbled mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust layer. Spread the cranberries evenly across the top of the crust, and sprinkle on the remaining crumbled mixture. (Note: Depending on the size of your pan and air fryer, you may work in two batches.)

Allow cooling before slicing and serving.

I am a cook, and I often use frozen cranberries to make my favorite dessert, Cranberry Crumble. The recipe and cooking time will be precisely the same, whether you use fresh or frozen cranberries.
How To Store:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. You can also reheat it in the microwave or the air fryer.
What Pan To Use:
What pan to use? That is the question. The answer, of course, depends on what you’re air fryer you are using. I separated my suggestions into people using a basket air fryer and an air fryer oven.
