This is one of my favorite meals; cooked to perfection in the air fryer, this Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks with Vegetables will soon become one of your favorite meals!

Ingredients 

  • 6-8 chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup red onion , diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 lb baby potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs, thyme, basil, oregano
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
