Pro Tips:

Crowding: Do not crowd your air fryer; otherwise, your cauliflower will not crisp up correctly. So, leave some room around the cauliflower to get the crispness you desire.

Flipping: Depending on which air fryer you own, you may need to flip the cauliflower halfway during the cooking process. When roasting vegetables, I usually flip them a few times to cook them up perfectly.

Making This In An Air Fryer Oven: Using an air fryer oven, place the rack on the bottom of the air fryer oven, so the cauliflower cooks up perfectly; it will provide the best flavor and taste.

Can I Use Other Vegetables In This Vegetable Taco?

If you’re looking for a way to change up your typical vegetable taco routine, you’re in luck. While this recipe called for only roasted cauliflower, you can use several other vegetables.

The most traditional vegetable tacos call for a simple mix of sautéed veggies, onions, and bell peppers. Still, you can use other vegetables, such as Air Fryer Roasted Zucchini, Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli, or even Air Fryer Roasted Carrots.

How To Add Flavor To Vegetarian Tacos

Who says that vegetarian tacos have to be bland? You can add plenty of flavor to these tasty tacos with a few simple tricks. Try topping them with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for extra zing. And don’t forget the fixings – shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce make perfect toppings. So grab some tortillas and get started!
