For extra crispy "fried" cauliflower, the air fryer is your best bet.

Cauliflower:

Taco Ingredients:
10smallflour or corn tortillas
1/4cupaioli
1cupred cabbage, shredded
2largeavocados, sliced
1/4cuppickled radishes
1/4cupseed nuts, (pepitas and sunflower seeds)
2largelimes, cut into wedges
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees ˚F (200˚C), for 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with Mexican seasoning, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Put cauliflower florets into the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning florets every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Layout corn tortillas. Spread each tortilla with aioli. Divide cooked cauliflower between the tacos. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado, pickled radish, and seed mix. Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over each taco.
