Air Fryer Beef Stir Fry Recipe Faqs
Can I use a different cut of beef for this recipe? Yes, you can use other cuts of beef such as flank steak, ribeye, or even skirt steak. Just make sure to cut the beef into thin, uniform strips for even cooking.
How long should I marinate the beef? For optimal flavor, marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes. If you have more time, marinating overnight in the refrigerator will yield even better results.
Can I add other vegetables to the stir fry? Absolutely! You can add a variety of vegetables such as snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, or baby corn. Just ensure they are cut into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
Do I need to use oil in the air fryer? A small amount of oil can help achieve a nice char and prevent sticking. Toss the beef and vegetables in a bit of oil before placing them in the air fryer.
