Air Fryer Lemon Poppy Seed Bread is the perfect way to get your morning going. Lemon Poppy Seed Bread is a quick bread, usually served with icing on top. It makes a great breakfast or dessert.
I usually go to Starbucks in the afternoon and grab a cup of coffee and a slice of their baked quick breads. But, today, it was so cold out, I decided to turn to my “Easy-Bake Oven,” as my son charming calls my air fryer.
You only need a few ingredients for this recipe; probably most are in your pantry and a lot of poppy seeds.

HOW SHOULD YOU STORE IT?
Due to the glaze on the Lemon Poppy Seed Bread, I usually cover and refrigerate, otherwise, I find that the glaze starts to melt.
So, let the bread cool to room temperature and then cover with a piece of saran wrap and place into the refrigerator.
