Air fryers are becoming more popular because they’re faster, easier, and healthier than traditional ovens. With just one touch of a button, you can set it up to cook while you do other things around the house or even work outside while it cooks for you! This particular air fryer has many different settings that allow the user to cook almost anything!

And these Air Fryer Nutella Puff Pastry Bites prove it, and they’re amazing!

Puff pastry does amazingly well in the Air Fryer, and it cooks them up perfectly! And I love a quick dessert!

What Is Nutella?

I’m sure you’ve heard of Nutella. If not, it’s a hazelnut and chocolate spread that has been around for over 70 years and has become one of the most popular food brands in the world.

Nutella was first introduced in Italy. It’s a combination of palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa solids, and skim milk. It’s a great spread.

Then cut each strip into 3 additional pieces, add a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of the dough.

Fold them over (use water on your finger to seal) and set them in the air fryer tray or basket (both sprayed with olive oil) and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 6 minutes flipping halfway.

Pro Tips:

  • Since all air fryers cook up at different times, it’s best to check on these Air Fryer Nutella Puff Pastry Bites frequently as they are cooking.
  • This recipe will work in both the Air Fryer Basket and Oven Models, and this recipe will also work in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and Mealthy Lid. The time will vary based on what air fryer you are using.
  • Keep your puff pastry cold in between batches. I find that the recipe will work better, and you will get a flakier pastry!

What To Serve These With:

These can be served with either a dusting of powdered sugar or a chocolate drizzle. Both are delicious!
