- Chocolate Chips or M&M Cookies
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Coconut Flakes
- Sliced Almonds
- Walnut Pieces

How To Make A Homemade Air Fryer Chipwich
Add your toppings into small bowls. Turn a cookie upside-down and put a scoop of ice cream onto it.
Place another cookie on top, right-side-up, pressing gently. Use a knife or icing spatula to even out any ice cream from the sandwich. Roll into the topping of your choice. If it doesn’t stick, use your hand to press the topping onto the ice cream.
Place the finished ice cream sandwich on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Put in the freezer for 10-20 minutes to harden.
Store by wrapping each ice cream sandwich in parchment paper and place in a gallon freezer storage bag. Store ice cream sandwiches for a few weeks.
When ready to have one, place it on a plate at room temperature for a few minutes before eating, as the cookies will be hard.

- 1 package Pillsbury Cookies, either M&M or Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ice Cream Sandwiches:
- 2 cups ice cream, vanilla
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- To Make The Cookie: Place your cut parchment paper into the air fryer bottom basket. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place your cookie dough (raw) onto the sprayed parchment paper. Set the temperature for 400 degrees F. And set the time for 5 minutes.
- Put your toppings into individual bowls.
- Turn a cookie upside-down and put a scoop of ice cream onto it.
- Place another cookie on top, right-side-up, pressing gently.
- Use a knife or icing spatula to even out any ice cream from the sandwich.
