- Crackers, bread slices, or veggie sticks for serving

- Make the dip: In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 ounce dry onion soup mix, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder until well blended and creamy.
- Spoon the dip into a round bowl, smoothing the surface with a spatula so it looks like a pumpkin.
- With a small knife or spoon, carefully carve out using the 1 small orange bell pepper eyes, a nose, and a mouth to give your dip a festive pumpkin look.
- Place a piece of orange bell pepper in the center as the pumpkin stem, and sprinkle Chives or green onions around for vine-like detail.
