While the bars are air frying, roughly chop the remaining 8 Oreos. Recipe Notes:

  • The richness the Oreos give to the crust is something you can’t get from other cookies! To me, it is the best part of the cookie bars!
  • What I love about this recipe is how customizable it is. You can use any flavor of Oreo and switch up the cheesecake filling flavor as well.
  • The Oreo flavor stands out, but the white chocolate also does. Along with the creamy cheesecake, you cannot go wrong with this knock-out dessert.
  • I have made this recipe in a 9×9 pan with the same cooking time, and it also comes out perfectly, perfect if you have an air fryer oven or oven with an air fryer setting.
  • I only use high-quality white chocolate like Ghirardelli, and I also use their white chocolate melting wafers as well. I suggest this brand or similar for these cheesecake bars.
  • If you cannot get brand-name golden Oreo, vanilla cream sandwich cookies also work.
  • These bars must be stored in the fridge and are best served chilled. They will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
